GYHTY光缆的结构是将 250μm 光纤套入高模量材料制成的松套管中，松套管内填充防水化合物。缆芯的中心是一根玻璃纤维增强塑料(FRP)松套管(和填充绳)围绕中心加强芯绞合成紧凑和圆形的缆芯。缆芯的缝充以阻水油膏后挤制聚乙烯内护套，再包上一层芳纶后挤制聚乙烯外护套成缆。

The structure of GYHTY fiber optic cable 250μm fiber is positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus material, and the loose tube is filled with waterproof compound.The center of the cable core is a glass fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP), for some cores fiber cable, a layer of polyethylene (PE needs to be extruded outside the non-metallic central strength member.The tubes (and fling rope) is stranded around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and circular cable core After the cable core is filed with the filing compound to protect it from water ingress, it is covered with thin PE(polyethylene)inner sheath. Then a layer of aramid yarn is applied as additional strength member and the cable is completed with a polyethylene(PE) outer sheath.
