GYFTY63 光缆的结构是将 250um 光纤套入高模量材料制成的松套管中，松套管内填充防水化合物。缆芯的中心是一根非金属加强芯(FRP)，对于某些芯数的光缆来说，非金属加强芯外还需挤上一层聚乙烯(PE)。套管(和填充绳)围绕中心加强芯绞合成紧凑和圆形的缆芯，缆芯内的缝隙充以阻水填充物，挤制一层聚乙烯(PE)内护套。将玻璃纱覆盖在内护套上后，在挤制一层 PE 外护套。

The structure of GYFTY63 fiber optic cable 250um fiber is positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus material, and the loose tube is filled with waterproof compound.The center of the cable core is a non-metallic fiber Reinforced Plastic(FRP),for some cores fiber cable, a laver of polyethylene (PE) needs to be extruded outside the non-metallic central strength memberThe tubes (and filling rope) is stranded around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and circular cable core.The gaps in the cable core are filed with water-blocking fillers, and a laver of polyethylene (PE)inner sheath is extruded. After the glass yarns covered over the inner sheath, the cable is completed with a PE outer sheath.
